Ghostrak accounts are created by the facility you train at, so for anything about your account or your video, your facility is the fastest and usually the only place that can help. Everything else is below.
Your facility can do the things we cannot do for you:
The sign-in screen is your facility's own, so it carries their name and colours rather than Ghostrak's — that is normal and not a sign you opened the wrong thing. If your email and password are rejected, the account is your facility's to reset. If the screen never loads at all, check that the phone is on a working network and try again; the app shows a retry button when it cannot reach the facility.
Press and hold the title at the top of the screen to go back to the facility list. Ghostrak remembers your choice between launches, so you only do this when you actually want to change it.
Ghostrak asks for the camera the first time you film, and only for your own facility's site. If you declined, iOS will not ask again — turn it back on in Settings › Ghostrak › Camera.
Clips are stored by your facility, not on your phone, so playback needs a network connection. If one specific clip fails while others play, tell your facility — it is something on their side and they can check it.
Ask your facility; they can delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and want everything about your child removed, the privacy policy explains how that request works and who handles it.
For anything your facility cannot resolve — the app crashing, a problem that affects every facility, or a privacy request you would rather not route through them — contact support@primebaseball.pro.
